Elegant Summer Wedding at Cataleya Venue
In this post, I am thrilled to share the details of Stefanos and Maro’s beautiful summer wedding at Cataleya Venue. From our first meeting, I was captivated by their aesthetic vision and Wonderfull planning. In fact, they were one of the rare couples who booked their wedding photographer before selecting their venue.
Pre-Wedding Preparations
Our collaboration began months before the wedding with an engagement photoshoot. This session allowed us to get to know each other better, resulting in a lovely wish book and stunning save-the-date cards.
On the wedding day, we started with Stefanos preparations. After capturing moments with his groomsmen, we moved on to his dressing. Outdoor gardens are one of my favorite spots for groom preparations, as the diffused natural light provides perfect photography conditions.
Next, we moved to Maro’s bridal prep. She and her friends welcomed us into a beautifully minimal space. I always prefer shooting in environments with bright tones and minimal distractions to ensure the couple stands out as the main focus of each photo.
Ceremony and Celebration at Cataleya Venue
A few hours later, their wedding ceremony took place at Cataleya Venue, a gorgeous evangelical service set against a stunning sunset backdrop. With the sacrament complete and ample daylight remaining, we seized the opportunity for a mini photo shoot. When time and light are on our side, a post-wedding photo shoot becomes unnecessary.
Following the ceremony, Stefanos and Maro made a spectacular entrance at their reception. Instead of a traditional cake, they opted for a chic champagne tower—a clever and elegant alternative. The evening was filled with laughter, Latin rhythms, and joyous celebrations, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone present.
